Care experience

Traditional therapy is not optimal for every individual. In the interest of clinical excellence and effectiveness, I incorporate into my practice a movement-based psychotherapeutic approach called Psychology in Motion™. This integrates outdoor physical activity with evidence-based psychological interventions. This approach is very effective for those who are wanting to reach cognitive alignment by cultivating a flow-state.

This holistic method intentionally engages both mind and body. Physical activity plays a meaningful role in cognitive clarity, emotional regulation, and overall psychological health. Grounded in empirical research, this approach offers a refined, holistic alternative for those who value innovation, discretion, and thoughtfully designed care.

For clients who prefer an alternative to a traditional office setting, sessions may be conducted outdoors at an agreed upon location —such as a private park, coastal setting, or mountain trail. These sessions offer a spacious environment that supports clarity and reflection for the therapeutic process.

This approach is well-suited for individuals who value flexibility and a more personalized therapeutic experience—one that integrates movement, nature, and psychological work in a way that feels natural and expansive.

❋ Walk and Talk

For those who value running as part of their wellness routine, this offering is designed as a highly personalized approach—one that aligns psychological work with established wellness practices in a manner that feels seamless, efficient, and thoughtfully curated.

Sessions may be conducted during a guided run of approximately 1–3 miles, set at a comfortable, conversational pace tailored to you (not exceeding a ten-minute mile pace). Clinical work remains primary, with movement intentionally integrated to support insight, regulation, and reflective processing.
